Program name and purpose

The Wondora Brands Consultation Confirmation Text Program provides a transactional SMS confirmation after a caller successfully books a consultation by phone. Messages identify Wondora Brands and include the confirmed consultation date and time in Eastern Time.

How you opt in

After a consultation is successfully booked, our phone receptionist asks whether you would like a text confirmation sent to the number you are calling from and informs you that message and data rates may apply. You opt in only by giving an affirmative response during that call. Providing a phone number or completing a booking by itself does not enroll you.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Wondora Brands. The normal program sends one confirmation for each successfully booked consultation to which you expressly consent. Additional messages may be limited to responses required to process STOP, HELP, or a related service request.

Charges

Wondora Brands does not charge a separate fee for these messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We may send one final message confirming that your opt-out was processed. After opting out, you will not receive additional messages from this program unless you provide new consent.

Transactional use only

This program is for requested consultation confirmations. It does not include promotional or marketing messages. Any future marketing text program would require a separate description and separate legally sufficient consent.

Delivery

Message delivery is subject to your device, mobile service, and carrier network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wondora Brands cannot guarantee delivery at a particular time.

Privacy

Our handling of contact information, mobile numbers, consent records, and booking information is described in the Wondora Brands Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the program or applicable requirements. The effective date above shows when this version became effective.
